Photo part deux

I cannot tell a lie. I cropped that photo on the previous page. More on that in a minute.

First. Are you reading this from Calgary? Yeah? Ok then, go straight here and enter the Basket Contest. You don’t even have to read the whole post, just go to the bottom and enter. Then come back and finish reading this post. Go. now.

Ok, since I am not running right now. Injured right foot. Doctor on Monday Morn.

Instead, I am taking some photos. There was a pretty nice sunset tonight and so I ran out of the house on Photo Assignment. Here was the total result of the photo session. Just imagine me snapping photos and saying “O yeah, like that, just a little to the left, PERFECT, YEah! move it YEAH!!!… You are beeeAUTIFUL!… to the sun.

Ok, just so you know what kind of process I go through to get the images I get, here is the entire set from today.

Here is the photo I posted the last entry.

Here is the same image, as it was taken straight from the Camera.

That’s pretty cool, what a little cropping and a touch of contrast adjustments can do. You think?

What photo above would YOU like to see featured? Hover over the photo for the Image number, click it for a larger view. Obviously I use all sorts of different settings on the camera to try to capture a gem, some are total flops, but some are pretty spectacular, and with a but of tweaking, can be made into masterpieces.

Now that I am looking at them, I Like 8389. Ok, you can have this one. Click it for a much larger version, then you can right click and save it. Let me know if you did though, ok?

Damn. I really like this one…

  1. This post made me laugh because I got into a 'discussion/argument' with a coworker this week over how she hates people who take a lot of pictures.

These shots are beautiful, thank you so much for sharing.
