Choose your attitude. Re-post from 15 months and 200 followers ago

“The last of the human freedoms - tochoose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.”

Viktor Frankl (1905–1997)
Austrian neurologist and psychiatrist

If you go to the gym, or take up running, or start an art class, you made the decision to be there. No one forced you and no one really cares if you quit. Make an honest effort and do it for yourself and you’ll never be disappointed.

It’s Tuesday February 9, 2010 and it’s a great day for a run. Get out there!
