You know what?

that’s what…

I am done with all the garbage now. I run for me, and wherever that takes me, it is obviously the place I am supposed to go. Let’s put the F-U back in fun and go out for a run! *Woot!*

Tomorrow night, Sikome lake main parking lot, 5X400m @5k race pace… along with hills for some and easy runs for others. Seeya there!
